CrisColorado Jets provides independent advisory and coordination services for private flights. CrisColorado Jets is not an air carrier, does not operate aircraft and does not hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC). All flights are operated by licensed third-party operators. The contract of carriage is concluded with the respective operator or broker.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
