Private Jet Charter & Empty Leg Services
Independent advice for every type of private flight: from a single empty leg to recurring executive travel. Clear options, licensed operators, final prices.
Empty Leg Advisory
Fly private on a repositioning flight for a fraction of a regular one-way charter.
I search empty legs from operators and brokers across Europe and worldwide, check whether route, timing and aircraft really fit your trip, and coordinate the booking with the operator. You get one clear recommendation instead of a dozen listings.
Best for: travellers who are flexible on date, time or airport, and anyone who wants to try private aviation at a lower price.
Included
- Search across multiple operators and brokers
- Check of aircraft, capacity and luggage limits
- Final price, including all known extras
- Comparison with a regular charter on the same route
- A backup option if the empty leg changes
- Coordination with the operator until departure
Fixed fee: €500 – €2,500 depending on flight price.
Private Jet Charter Advisory
A private flight on your schedule, planned as a complete trip.
A good charter is more than a price per hour. I look at the whole journey: the right aircraft for your passengers and luggage, the best departure and arrival airports, ground transfers and realistic time buffers. Then I compare offers from licensed operators on the same terms.
Best for: fixed dates, larger groups, important meetings, events and short-notice trips.
Trip types
- One-way and return flights
- Multi-leg trips and roadshows
- Short-notice business travel
- Recurring executive routes
- Group travel for events and teams
Fee: quoted individually per project, agreed upfront.
Support for Executive Assistants & Travel Managers
One reliable point of contact when your executive needs to fly private.
You get comparable offers in a consistent format, clear notes on what is included, and quick answers when the schedule changes. That makes it easier to get an approval and keeps the trip on track.
What makes it easier
- Side-by-side comparison, ready to forward
- Passenger and document checklist
- One contact on WhatsApp and email
- Discreet handling of travel details
Motorsport & Event Travel
Race weekends and major events come with tight schedules and busy airports. I help drivers, teams, sponsors and organisers plan private flights around the event, including airport choice and timing for arrival and departure.
- Flights around race weekends and events
- Alternative airports when main hubs are busy
- Group and team travel
Which private jet is right for your trip?
A rough guide to the main jet categories. Exact capacity, range and luggage space depend on the specific aircraft and configuration.
| Category | Typical passengers | Typical use | Example models |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light jet | 4 – 7 | Short European trips, e.g. Hamburg – Munich | Citation CJ3, Phenom 300 |
| Midsize jet | 6 – 9 | Medium range with more cabin space | Citation XLS, Learjet 60 |
| Super-midsize jet | 8 – 10 | Longer trips across Europe, stand-up cabin | Challenger 350, Citation Latitude |
| Heavy jet | 10 – 16 | Long range, large groups, more luggage | Falcon 2000, Legacy 650, Falcon 7X |
| Ultra-long-range jet | 12 – 19 | Intercontinental non-stop flights | Global 7500, Gulfstream G650 |
Luggage is often the deciding factor: a group of eight with large suitcases may need a bigger aircraft than the passenger count suggests. I check this before you book.
Transparent, fixed and agreed upfront
My fee is separate from the flight price and does not depend on which operator you choose.
| Service | Fee | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Empty Leg Advisory & Coordination | €500 – €2,500 US$575 – 2,850 |
Fixed fee, depending on the flight price |
| Private Jet Charter Advisory | On request | Individual fee per project, quoted before you commit |
| Assistants & recurring travel | On request | Depends on frequency and scope |
All prices I quote are final prices. As a small business under §19 UStG (German VAT law), no VAT is charged on my fee.
Independent, by design
I am not tied to a fleet or a single broker. That means I can recommend the option that fits your trip, even if it is the simpler or cheaper one.
What I don't do
- Operate aircraft or sell seats on my own fleet
- Promise availability before an operator has confirmed it
- Add hidden margins to the flight price
- Publish client names or travel details
